Greg Tolver • Greg Tolver is a visionary entrepreneur with more than 30 years experience in wholesale to retail sales and marketing.  Greg is a graduate of Long Beach State University (1978-82) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sales/Marketing. In addition to his current role as a vendor representative since 1985, Greg’s business and professional resume includes service in the United States Navy (1975 – 80) and at Frito Lay, Inc., (1980-86). Greg served in management positions with major corporate retailers including the U.S. military supply vendor rep for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCa) commissary grocery stores. Greg also served as a district manager for Frito Lay, Inc. and as a general sales manager for Pepsi Co. and General Motors dealerships. Greg’s expertise includes celebrity endorsements and brand creation. He works closely with the client to build strong business relationships.  He assists the client in identifying and utilizing strategic marketing techniques to help expand client product distribution and maximum sales and clients’ products and services to reach full growth potential.

Lawrence Smith • Lawrence Smith serves as the owner of T & Z Management Solution and the Texas representative.  TZMS is a Federal Certified Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for six years. With over 27 years in the information technology field, Lawrence adds a strong technical background in business consultation, business planning and project management to TZMS. His prior client list includes high visibility clients such as Wal-Mart and Verizon Wireless. Lawrence is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Business Studies and Management Information Systems.  In addition to his current role as a vendor representative at TZMS since 2008, Lawrence’s business and professional resume includes service in the United States Army (1980-84) corporate roles in the information technology industry and as an independent consultant.  Lawrence’s background and experience combine to offer clients professional project management, product branding and product launch support.

Wayne Mebane • Wayne Mebane is the Coordinator of Photography, Video & Graphics Production Services for (TZMS) T & Z Management Solution.  He is owner of a photography and video services business, Timeless Inspirations, which has provided a variety of clients with state-of-the-art services.  This client list includes companies such as Frito-Lay, American Airlines, & Minority Business News.  These client relationships have allowed Wayne to photograph several celebrities including Magic Johnson, Tiger Woods, Emmitt Smith, Andre Reed and Terrell Davis. Wayne is a graduate of Xavier University, Louisiana. Prior to his current role with TZMS and starting Timeless Inspirations, Wayne worked for Xerox & McAfee Corporations in a numerous technical support related capacities that ranged from Technical Analyst to Senior Management. Wayne’s business experiences have provided him with a keen understanding of photography, video services, graphics creation, customer support, and management principles.
